3. What will you do
o To provide statistical and analytical data to comprehend market trend, consumer’s insight and demand, competitor’s product and business model and other specific research objectives, particularly in Health Insurance
o To devise, develop and propose research plan, define scope and approach of work, create and manage data collection templates.
o To conduct quantitative and qualitative researches to obtain useful statistical data and information about market and competitors in order to come up with effective sales & marketing campaigns as well as to assist in service/product development.
o To obtain maximum data & information about consumers, i.e. income range, location, purchasing and spending behavior, etc.
o Supply up-to-date information about market trends, demand and supply position
4. What you are good at
o Degree: Bachelor degree in Statistic, Marketing.
o Professional: an experienced market researcher, with deep knowledge about a life insurance environment.
o Language: Vietnamese (fluent) & English communication (good to fluent).
· At least 5 years working experience in Life insurance company - But specifically including:
o Market research / analysis
o Financial services experience, preferably in an insurance company, or consulting company
o Marketing field
o Defining and refining research objectives;
o Designing and managing research strategy for the following:
§ Key brand metrics
§ Advertising metrics
§ Campaign success metrics
§ Customer needs
§ Pattern of Customer behavior
§ Market trends
o Developing research plans/proposal and presenting to PDD/ Head of Branding & Marketing; recommending appropriate and creative research methodologies (such as: desk research; focus group; face to face interview; telephone interview; postal survey; clinics and hall test; observation; internet survey);
o Proposing and managing budgets for research programs while maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of market research projects.
o Designing interview questions, research questionnaires, organizing and commissioning surveys.
o Meeting and liaising with internal department, agencies and clients to conduct research projects;
o Using statistical software to manage and organize information;
o Monitoring the progress of research projects;
o Work closely with marketing, sales and business development team for the overall project of market research in order to maintain the high quality of the research result as well as coordinate with research agencies on all research projects
o Writing detailed reports and presenting results regularly or upon request of Head of Branding & Marketing
o Monitoring market and competitors’ movements.
